Currently, Pasoja ships only within India.


We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing Time


Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.


Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during special sale periods may take slightly longer to process.


3. Delivery Time


Once your order is placed, it is generally delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.


Delivery timelines may vary due to:


courier partner delays

weather conditions

remote serviceable areas

high order volume

public holidays or unforeseen circumstances


4. Free Shipping


Pasoja offers free shipping on all orders.


No separate shipping or delivery charges will be applied at checkout.


5. Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with you through SMS, email, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information provided during checkout.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)


We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.


Pasoja reserves the right to limit or disable COD on certain orders, locations, or customers if required for operational or security reasons.


7. Delivery Delays


While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, delays may sometimes happen due to circumstances beyond our control.


Pasoja will not be held responsible for delays caused by:


courier issues

incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

failed delivery attempts

natural events or other force majeure situations


8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details


Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and other details are correct at the time of placing the order.


Pasoja will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts


If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or non-response, the courier partner may attempt delivery again based on their policy.


If the order is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.


10. Damaged Package or Delivery Issue


If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept it if possible and contact us immediately.


If you receive a damaged, torn, defective, wrong, or dirty product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and, if available, an unboxing video.
