RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Pasoja, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility


Returns will only be accepted if the delivered product is:

  • Torn
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Dirty or received in an unusable condition
  • Wrong item delivered

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Reported within 3 days of delivery
  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging


2. Exchange Eligibility


We allow exchange in the following cases:

  • Wrong size delivered
  • Customer wants a size exchange
  • Damaged or defective product, where replacement is preferred and available

Size Exchange Policy

  • Only one-time size exchange is allowed
  • Exchange request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

A second size exchange request for the same product/order will not be accepted.


3. Refund Eligibility


A full refund will be provided only if the delivered product is:

  • Torn
  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Received in a dirty or unusable condition

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The claim is approved after review
  • The returned product passes inspection
  • A replacement is not available, or refund is considered the best resolution by Pasoja

For size-related issues, only a one-time exchange will be provided. Refund will not be issued for size preference if exchange is available.


4. Non-Eligible Cases


Return, refund, or exchange will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Product no longer wanted after delivery
  • Minor color variation due to screen/display differences
  • Used, washed, worn, or altered products
  • Missing tags or original packaging
  • Sale, discount, or promotional items, unless received damaged, defective, dirty, or incorrect

5. Request Process

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Unboxing video, if available
  • Reason for the request

Our team will review the request and confirm whether it is approved.



6. Reverse Pickup / Return Shipping


If your request is approved, Pasoja may arrange a reverse pickup where available.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product. Any shipping reimbursement or support will be decided after review.


7. Refund Timeline


Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be made through bank transfer or another suitable method


8. Right to Reject


Pasoja reserves the right to reject any request if:

  • The request is raised after 3 days of delivery
  • The product is found used, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered
  • Original tags or packaging are missing
  • The request does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy
